Starting at 9:00 UTC on Oct 6th, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on part of our infrastructure. Traffic will be rerouted automatically and no action is needed from you. Some delays may occur for a period of 15 minutes. All affected traffic will be handled once maintenance is finished. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The issue has been identified and fixed. A server fault occurred with one of our submission storage servers, failover was done but caused queued submissions resulting in some delays. We are monitoring and any delayed email will be processed quickly and newly submitted mail is flowing normally.
There appears to be some delays in recently submitted email (last 1.5 hours), our engineers are actively investigating and we will report an update as soon as we know more.
