All systems are operational.
The issue has been identified and fixed. A server fault occurred with one of our submission storage servers, failover was done but caused queued submissions resulting in some delays. We are monitoring and any delayed email will be processed quickly and newly submitted mail is flowing normally.
There appears to be some delays in recently submitted email (last 1.5 hours), our engineers are actively investigating and we will report an update as soon as we know more.
