Engineers have fixed the fault in the service causing the delays that was seen by some of our customers. The mail backlog is fully caught up and operating under normal thresholds.
System has stabilized in the recent hours and most of the delayed emails have been processed and sent. We are still seeing some slower sending speeds than normal and our engineers are still actively monitoring this. We expect our next update will be for 100% resolution.
