Today, from 9 am CEST subset of our customers may experience delays in email sending. Email submission was not affected and all emails will be processed once resolved. We've identified the root cause and are actively working on resolution. If you experience issues please contact our Customer Support for assistance, thank you for your patience.

July 10th by EOD the issue causing email delays has been fully resolved. All systems are now operating normally, and email deliverability performance has returned to expected levels. Depending on how you send with us, it may take some time for email delivery to fully catch up due to the previous disruption. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience during the disruption. Please contact our support team if you notice any further issues.
